Default Here to help and inspire people

Hi everybody,

My name is Mike. I came here specifically to find people like myself. What do I mean by that? A couple of years ago I was crippled by extreme episodes of psychosomatic pain. After 6 months I had to use psychological techniques to eliminate the pain and rehabilitate myself to walk again. I found that these certain techniques could be used for legitimate pain just as well as psychosomatic pain. The techniques used could be referred to as self talk, visualization, affirmations, etc. etc. Kind of like biofeedback except without an electronic equipment. So I want to find other people that can control the pain in their body just by using their mind. I'm in the process of becoming a public speaker but need support in knowing that the power of the mind is more than people can imagine. Anyway, that's about it for now. Even if you have your own inspiring story to share, I would love to hear it. Bye.

Default Mind power

Glad to hear you are better. I am like minded but I also believe that first the mind must be open. You can not fill a cup that is already full.
