Default so scared

I am so scared... I am scheduled on the 21st at the university of miami to have neck surgery.. I am so so scared.. its my second surgery.. the first was c6-c7 i had it done through the front of my neck with a titanium cage as a spacer.. this one will be c4-c5 and c5-c6 through the front but closer to side... cadavear bone will be used with titanium plate and bone growth stuff will be used... my primary care gave me volume cause I am starting to freak out... I have tons of stenosis lots of bone spurs and besides these two herniations i also have some bulging starting in tspine.... I need support so bad...
