Default Syringomyelia

Just been told I have a syrinx in spinal cord
At c6 would appreciate anyone with similar have
Numbness in little fingers and upper limb pain
They said that it's not caused by the syrinx but
Not sure why I have pain does anyone have similar
? Would love more info
