Unhappy small fibre neuropathy

Ive only recently been diagnosed with sfn but ive had it since last year. Had plenty of trips to the local hospital had the tests done , but they still dont know whats caused it.

My feet are constantly burning and at night especially the tops of my feet ache like mad the doctor gave me gabapenton to take at night but it makes me groggy in the morning and ive got 3 children to look after so i cant win.

Ive also got an essential tremor in my hands arms legs and head and i was wondering if the tremor is related in some way to the small fibre neuropathy?

If theres any one that could help me plz do
