Help Suspect LEMS

20+ years ago I was treated for auto-immune symptoms by a doctor that is no longer in practice. I am experiencing weakness in my legs. I suspect the problem is Lambert-Eaton Myasthenia Syndrome. I need to connect with a doctor able to diagnose an treat. (A doctor with experience treating MG may also be a good choice.)

I live in central California.

I was diagnosed with lems early 2010.I don't know any neurologists out there but when you do find one ask about DAP (diaminopyradine).I have been told that it's hard to get and experimental , but I get around so much better and I wish you alot of success in your search.

Default suspect LEMS

If you can do some more research online, I'm sure you can find a specialist in California--or ask for a referral to Mayo Clinic for further evaluation. My appointment with Mayo is 10/16/12. Keep in touch--email me if you want my phone number and we can talk. Call me, and we can talk *edit* (contact member via forum PM or email)
Welcome to Neurotalk !

DAP is not an option for me. I have a seizure disorder.
