Smile I'm glad to be a new member

Hi,

I have battled an autoimmune disorder/autonomic nervous system that has progressed into autonomic neuropathies(peripheral/polyneuropathy) since 1991
As this disease has progressed into inflammatory myopathy I am constantly trying to learn how to better manage all the medications so I can have a little quality of life.

I am always glad to hear from others about how they manage their illness.

I have just started Lyrica and I'm still having a lot of pain. Have any suggestions???

Smile Hi, Patcj...

It's really good to meet you! I'm glad you found this site. Chemar is definitely right, the people here are very caring and will be glad to help you in any way they can. You've already won half the battle by realizing that your chronic illness is something that has to be very closely monitored, and it's up to you to find what helps and what doesn't. This is one case where what you sow is definitely what you reap.

I look forward to seeing you post more in the future, and hope that maybe somehow I'll be able to help. Good luck to you, and all my best wishes!
