Hey y'all, I am 23 years old and since I was 17 I have bin suffering with a spinal disc hurniation. It is the type where they can not to surgery so I basically have to live with it for the rest of my life. I try not to let it affect me and my pain tolerance is pretty high, it acts up every now and then but I just re-herniated it and I am in so much pain. I enjoy being outside, I love horses and am a born and raised country girl. Hope there are some helpful tips on here that I can read and maybe try. Take care everyone!
