Default JohnM

I fell over some broken concrete in the driveway of my apt complex back on 3/3/12. This happened late at night and I was unconscious for a short time. I went inside and took 2 Vicodin ES because my head was killing me, throbbing and ringing in my ears. After 1 hr the symptoms remained the same so I walked, only 2 blocks to the ER, I sure wasn't going to try and drive. It was around 1-2 AM when I went to ER and they didn't take a CT scan, just wrote down that I was suffering from acute and chronic pain. They gave me a shot of morphine sulphate and told me to see my primary care Dr which I did 4 days later. He at first didn't think it was anything serious even though I told him I was suffering daily headaches which I never had trouble with before. Now 6 months later and still suffering headaches frequently throughout the week he tells me I may be suffering from Post Concussion Syndrome. I just filed a case with my landlords Homeowners Insurance. Lawyers say it's not worth their time, unless there were any broken bones or more serious injuries. Has anyone else been thru this and how much should I try and seek from the Insurance Co?
