Hi, welcome to NT

This is a GREAT place to find.

We do understand.

Take your time to look around.

You will find others that struggle as you do. It's not such a big world after all.

Keep smiling.

Default Hi meena

Hi meena, welcome to Neuro talk. Many here have experienced desolation, and a stipping of meaning in life. Sometimes when you are at the bottom, it is the best time to be good to yourself. It is a time for reflection, and an evaluation of those things we hold dear. Only through darkness, can you come out again and see the light. If you just take one small step at a time, the light will come back into your life. Get some council, be gentle with yourself, Know that people do care about you, and that you are not alone.
Be still, be calm, meditate on the parts of you that are good. Keep reaching out to others, who have walked this same horrible path. There is light at the end if you seek it gently. I really believe that. Keep in touch with me, I am here to talk to you. Don't give up. I will keep you in my thoughts and prayers. ginnie

Hi Meena:

Have you visited any of our other forums? You have been given the right forum to go and share your info.

Sometimes it helps to share a story, or a problem. Just letting it out and venting is a great stress reliever.

I hope you find some answers.

Welcome to Neurotalk

Melody
