Default Hello, everyone!

I was delighted to find this forum and hope it will help me keep up to date on treatments for essential tremor, which I have in my hands.

I now recognize that mine started when I was a child but, then, it was only triggered by major stress. It became much more noticeable when I hit my 50s but I could control it well with drugs. The 60s are turning out differently. My tremor is getting worse, particularly in my right hand (thank goodness, I'm a leftie), and it takes more pills to "calm it down."

In addition to tremors, I have sleep apnea, controlled by CPAP, and restless leg syndrome for which I take medication.

So...hello, everyone!
