Smile Good morning!
So, I'm hoping that being here will be of some help. I have bipolar disorder, diagnosed a good thirteen years ago, and I've found that while the people in my life are very supportive, they just don't understand. It's difficult to feel heard, and while I can't fault anyone for that, it's time for me to find some commonality.
So, with that being said, hello to everyone!!!!
