Confused Need help understanding MRI results

This is the problem I have been going through it is in my lumbar.from the top all the way down is like this.L1-L2: thickening of ligamentum flavum moderate to severe left neural foanimal encroachment. Disk height loss and disk desiccation. Same with L2-L3.

L3-L4 is deformity of the anterior the cal sac. With existing L3 nerve root on the left is adjacent to the buldged disk.

L4-L5....is more focal central disk protrusion bilateral faucet joint hypertrophy. L4 are also adjacent to buldged disk.

I pretty much have buldging disks in every column, with mild StenosiMy right leg is numb all the time, now having problems with left one. Its got as far as affecting my bowels functions.

Would someone please explain this to me.Also I would like to thank you for having me here.
