Confused fibromyalgia, disc diease, ms, and pain issues that need adressed.

i've been diagnoised of fibromyalgia a very complex disease in nature and has big tag that goes along with the strain of finances, treatment, and to many whom don't support this dsease. As well I have bi lateral carpel tunnel, have been stated with mild tendenopathy, degerative disc diease both in the neck and lower back that can be difficult to figure out if its my muscle diease, arthiritis, or the disc acting up, etc. I have a ? if lifting on any objetcs such as wet clothes i have arranged to put into a laundry basket would cause my arms to feel weak, pop like twisting feeling, as well this happens when i try to do other daily activities arround the home, like doing dishes, any repetive motion as even as i type that feel like weights at my elbows, i have to pop my neck quite often to loosen the strain of these problems to get anything done this also happens at the wrist areas too where they need popped. I've even told dr's about this but they say that its normal for people's bones to pop, this has nothing to do with the problems i'm explaining here, i beleive what does any of you think/ As well I've been fighting to get disability sense 2004 and just got decision back unfavorable and not much luck there. as well have a 10 lb weight restriciton put onto my limititations to beable to find work at this rait has nearly been impossible, etc. I also have alot of back problems and at times have been mentioned ms symptoms even by a dr ive seen in the past and a chiropractor as well state that i have alot of the symptoms. I'm in pain alot and the dr's here don't beleive in medication for pain or its mental, as well say exercise, change diet and to whom would know that fibromyalgia its self can be challenging in this process, i have alot of problems to tolerance to alot of medications sideeffects, exercise causes me to be sore and ache if I overdue it and have tried to increase my indurance but mostly is another challenge alone itself. could anyone give me any sugesstions as getting the treatement i best desreve, anwers to my many symptoms that keep me physically from my goal of going back to work and that i've been diagnosis=ed for at least 10 or more severe combination of impairments from the disability determination services and other professionals, dr's as well with many limitations that would make it nearly impossible for one to work and to say i made through all steps except for the last one that states i could work doing a final assembler, tough-up screener, and an addresser. I haven't listed all the restrictions but with just few of these diagnosises should be enopugh for one to say is disabled.....:

Exclamation

((((((((((((((Christy))))))))))))))).

I don't know how this will sound to you, but I am of the school of thought that things like fibro and ADD/ADHD are not ailments in and of themselves, but rather symptoms of something that needs to found and treated properly. I know that's gonna tick some people off, but it seems obvious to me, since so many who find the source of the pain/inattention/hyperactivity and get treated often find different reasons for experiencing it.

You said you have been seeing a chiro. Have you ever had an MRI? I would do that before going back to the chiro. Fibro-like pain is a very common symptom of something called Arnold-Chiari Malformation, the drooping of the cerebellar tonsils in the very back of the lower brain. Symptoms are many, and many patients are mistakenly believed to have MS. Please...if you haven't had an MRI, get one right away, and if you're found to have ACM, see an experienced and qualified neurosurgeon--not a neurologist--for an opinion about surgery for it. Make sure to do this before you see the chiro again, too, because chiropractic can severely worsen ACM symptoms.

Good luck...
