I have been going through the disability stages. I had a hearing on December 11,2012 . At the hearing the vocational expert said I could NOT work. So me and my attorney were very confident. I recieved my decision yesterday : UNFAVORABLE !!!!!
 ... In the decision letter they were so many things that were untrue including what the vocational expert said. So I appealed to the Appeals Council. The judge I had was Linda J. Helms. I don't think she took my claims seriously at all. I had medical records to support everything. I believe she just wasn't fair . I wrote a letter to the Apppeals Office along with the Appeal. If anyone has been through this and can give me any information , I would greatly appreciate it. Thanks for listening ...
