Default Delurking after a year

Hello, I registered and joined a year ago but have lurked until now. I'm here because my partner has Parkinson's Disease. I guess that makes me a caregiver, but so far my care has been limited to providing lots of emotional support and reading hundreds of articles on PubMed in the belief that there's something out there that can help him. We both hope this is as much care as I ever need to give.
