Default Post Concussion Syndrome Need Information

Dear Friends.
I am a new member and father of a 22 year old son who has been diagnosed wih Post Concussion Syndrome.
He has constant headaches with no releif in site. He has been taking Pamelor 40 mgs every day and has just started to take amantadine 100 mg.
He rates his headcahes to be around 7 on a scale of 0 to 10 with 10 being the worst and they do not go away.
our son about a year back enjoyed all outdooractivities and was very social. he is now the opposite and even dreads riding in the car as every bump triggers the severe headache.
He started "vestubular thereapy" three weeks back and has now stopped as that increased his headaches. He was also seeing a physical therapist who was focussed on neck exercises.
Nothing is helping
He did not have any atheletic accident but for the past few years has some head accidents but never a concussion.
MRI's do not show anything...
He is dpressed most of the time and goes through bout of crying every 2 weeks. His neurologist says that take a lot of rest and avoid any mental activity including watching TV.
He has trouble falling asleep and generally tires himself to sleep. Once he goes to sleep he sleeps for anound 9 to 10 hours.

He had started a new job in July 2012 but is now on disability since Nov 2012
We have an appointment at Jefferson Headache Centre in Philadelphia later this year.
I am reaching out to this forum for some guidance and see if this can be cured and how long does it take. He has been home now for three months.
