Smile New here.

I am 46 , was diagnosed with Early Onset Parkinson's last year, symptoms for four years. Currently am not taking meds for PD. I do yoga, meditation and daily stretching which go a long way in helping symptoms. I just started a gluten free diet after meeting someone who was miss diagnosed with Pd only to find out they had Celiac disease. I am having some good results with diet, more energy and less brain fog. I have also been diagnosed with Bipolar disorder, possibly borderline, anxiety, panic attacks. . I'm a mess. Lol. I have no support to speak of . Life goes on right. . Any suggestions or advice will be greatly appreciated.
