Hi there,
Im new here and really dont know what to do...
I had some devastating news from my mother, my sister attempted suicide last week. She asked mum and dad not to tell me, but my mother is hopeless at keeping her mouth shut and now I know...
i've been angry, sad, paranoid that she'll try again but i dont know what to do. I'm not meant to know, i'll be seeing her in 3 days and am not sure i'll be able to hide the sadness i feel about it.
If i say anything, i feel it would only harm the situation.
I dont know how i can help and support what she is going through if she doesnt want me to know.
argh im so confused.... i think about it several times a day and end up in tears but i dont know what to do.
please help.

It is great to have you come and be with us. You will fine a great number of dear friends to listen when you are in need of ears. You will find out we are supportive and relaxing place.

Sad to hear about your sister. At this time I know you want to let your know that you are there for her at any time. With your visit maybe she will open up to you, be patient by letting her do the move first. As Jo*Mar said we are here for you at all times.
