Default Introduction

Hi everyone.
I am a newbe in every sense and am not sure what to expect, but my entry of 'please help me I can't cope' into Google search has led me here.
Just knowing there is someone there has helped calm me.
I don't feel able to impart what I'm going through right now but thanks for 'listening' anyway
