Hello, im new here at NT, so first of all I want to say hello to everyone.

I've browsed a bit and this site looks great, so keep up the good work!! :

Im a 32 year old man that have had PSTD and depressions most of my life, most likely bipolar.. and I've recently got to know that im going to get diagnosed with ADHD ontop of that, so thing are quite complicated in life.

I was reading at PsychCentral and found this recommended site and im glad I did.

Looking forward to learn and understand more about myself and why I am the way I am, and hopefully learn to live a better life with the challenges I face.
