Default Arachnoid cyst question

120 Views on my last post and not a single answer which is unreal all I need to know if a left parietal region arachnoid cyst measuring 3.6 x 4.5 x 1.9 cm can cause symptoms? That's from an MRI report in 2010 and my symptoms having been getting progressively worse over time and need to know if it's big enough to cause symptoms it's a simple answer I need.
