Default New to this

Hi Everyone,

My name is Mary and I'm from Ithaca, NY. I kind of stumbled across this forum as I researched about depression, something I'm majorly dealing with now. I'm trying to talk myself into seeing a therapist but have never done anything like that before (have always dealt with things on my own).

If anyone has any ideas or would just like to be a good friend, please let me know. Thank You.

Smile Hi Mary

Hi Mary ~ I'm a new person on this forum too and I'm looking for for a way to deal with some major feelings of being alone even when I'm not.

I'm getting fairly certain that I'll find GOOD people here. I realize that I'll have to talk to them and let them know a bit about me before than can reach out to me and I'm trying. I hope you'll try to.
Here's a hug
I hope I see you back here soon.
