Hey everyone. My name is Rich as you might have guest. I'm here because I have small fiber neuropathy and its has been extremely disabling in the last 16 months. It mostly causes major autonomic dysfunction so I also have orthostatic hypotension, IST and POTS. My worst problem is breathing problem from it, followed by bad feet pain when standing and a new type of burning pain on my upper back, like a sunburn from the inside out. I have extreme fatigue because of everything which doesnt help my breathing. I also have digestive issues and cant eat most dry foods or I can breath..

I've become a pretty good medical research because of my illness and I finally found a dr who could give me a skin biopsy to find the small fiber neuropathy. That was last month, so I'm on the hunt for information about.. I'm still on the hunt for the cause which I think is autoimmune..
