Red face new member saying hello

Hi everyone,

I have had small fiber peripheral neuropathy for seven years, I take Cymbalta which seems to help with the buzzing in my feet. I have recently developed pain in my legs which I seem to need heat on to help with the pain. I need to put cold on my feet to help with the burning pain. I have lots of trouble sleeping, which in it's turn is affecting my working life. I also have a rare auto-immune condition, IgG4 sclerosing cholangitis which I take prednisolone and Ursofalk for. I think these conditions may be linked. Happy to join this forum to exchange ideas and help.
