Default I am a newbie here, hello to all and HELP

My capitalization of the term help refers to my lack of computer skills. Upon joining,I must say I am overwhelmed at the amount of things one must learn about this site in order to utilize it correctly. I am sure that in the beginning there will be no doubt in most people's minds that I am in fact a new member here. I am sure I am going to make some technical mistakes the first few weeks and will hopefully learn from them. I will apologize in advance for this, knowing that others where there in the beginning, got help from kind, understanding people here, and made it through the confusion. Any suggestions and/or help in getting started here would be much appreciated. I will refrain from giving ya'll a history of myself and a history of my illness until I can get some assistance from someone on how to do that properly and correctly. Thank Ya'll for taking the time to read this, and Thanks in advance for your patience with my learning curve here. Sincerely,Desertfox 0107Hrs. C.S.T. 16,April,2013

Welcome to NeuroTalk:

We do have a FAQ section here:
http://neurotalk.psychcentral.com/faq.php

This is the index page:
http://neurotalk.psychcentral.com/index.php

The format here is pretty easy, just click on something and see what happens. Use your browser back arrow to go back to what you just did previously.

This is our computer forum:
http://neurotalk.psychcentral.com/forum36.html
If you have further questions, you can make a question thread there.

Hi Desert fox,
I am not the most savvy forum user myself but I think its amazing that this forum is here. I joined a couple days ago myself.
It feels so good to talk.
I hope that you have good doctors.
I hope that you share.
Don't be afraid and Good Luck.
