Default Small Fiber Neuropathy w/Tremors, Stuttering, Anxiety

Hi, I am new here. I have been in pain for months. All my tests show HEALTHY! Docs kept saying fiber myalgia. Leg tremors ALOT, Gabapentin helping tremors. A week ago my tremors went all over my body and had to call 911. Two days later went to ER and was admitted to one of top neurology hospitals n nation. I again couldn't walk, tremors stuttering etc. My fatigue and muscle aches are awful and have been for so long. Neurologists think it is SFN, biopsy to be done n 5 wks to make sure. Gabapentin is helping (been on high dose for 4 months but now on max) especially helping the tremors. Anyone else have similar story. I am basically bed ridden trying to regain strength. I think Anxiety makes it worse but don't think it is underlying issue.
