Default New here from CT

I actually discovered this site last night. I really wish that I had found it earlier. I have a TBI, PCS, Chronic Headaches in multiple forms. I have been unable to work since my accident at my job on Oct 2, 2006. I was a lifeguard instructor and when my students were taking me from the water the girl holding the head of the board dropped it. So while I was sorta strapped to it I feel head first approximately 4 ft to the ground. There are little details after that that I remember. I apparently drove my own self to the ER despite being able to use my left arm. I hope that here I will finally have found somewhere that people actually understand what I'm going through.
