Methylcobalamin is making its way into local stores.

Most of us here have bought it online for many years.

One of our PN posters found it at Walgreen's recently:
http://www.walgreens.com/store/c/nat...153365-product

I am sure more pharmacies will have this soon.

Other outlets online have it very inexpensively:
Amazon
iherb.com
Puritan's Pride (this is the one I use)
Swanson's
Vitacost

Online is usually less expensive.
Brands
Jarrow
Puritan's pride
house brand at Swanson's, etc.
Nature's Bounty.

Take oral B12 on an empty stomach so food will not interfere
with absorption... very little is absorbed orally, so ideally you have to enable it.

MethylB12 is not new... it is just not advertised, and people (yes, even medical people) today rely on advertisments (too much IMO).
