Default Searching for good SM doc in tulsa ok area

Hi all, I am new to this site but not to syringomyelia. I was diagnosed in 2003 with a syrinx from c6-t1. I underwent a bilateral occipital nuerectomy in 2006 for the severe headaches that this condition causes. This worked for a while but unfortunately it was short lived. I recently moved from AZ to OK and really need to find a nuero that knows this disorder. Unfortunately lately I feel more educated about this than the docs I'm seeing. Any suggestions would be very much appreciated.
