Default new member introduction.

Greetings ! Im new to this site and am so glad you are all here. I had herniated disk surgery Feb 4 and am having alot of post operative nerve pain in my leg and foot.
Im doing water physical therapy, on gabapentin for nerve pain, but the pain I feel is significant and non stop and is scary. I am looking for support and ideas on what else I can do to help my nerve heal.
Im a very determined person and I have great faith in many approaches to healing and in the power of the support of others who have been where I am.
Again, thank you all for being here.
Blessings on you all
Leaffe
