Default Mpfs?

Hi--I am new. I have had a peripheral neuropathy for 17 years. The cause is unknown but it is characterized by twitching and aching in my calves and aching in my hamstrings. I call myself MPFS because my PN is "The Muscular Pain-Fasciculation Syndrome" (Hudon et al, J. Neurology, 1978). I have yet to find anyone with MPFS. Anyone out there have it? It causes only twitching and aching pain -- no spasms, no cramps, no weakness, no numbness--twitching and aching pain focused on the calves. Anybody? MPFS?

Welcome, MPFS! Glad you've found the community. No, I don't have MPFS either, thank God! From your description, it doesn't sound very pleasant.
But I did want to welcome you most heartily.
Hugs,
