Default Another grateful to have found this site..

Just a quick hello. So glad to have found this site. Finally have found one doctor who has barely touched on finally telling me I am having neuropathy symptoms............after telling so many doctors my symptoms and getting no feedback whatsoever and all doctors except this Neurologist.....ignoring me telling them the symptoms I am having. After reading some of the post..........I know this is what I have.........adding to all of the other things. It's scary and I am going to believe that I can get somewhat better.......I just need to find out how. Thanks all for this site. It looks like I have so much more reading to do some time.

Hi Jackie,
Welcome. This is a great site, I have found so much support here and some really good friends as well. I am sorry you are suffering. I know the other people on here that suffer with this same thing will be able to give you a lot of help and support. Just knowing you are not alone helps. Speaking to others that understand and are going through the same thing is so relieving. I wish you the best of luck in your recovery.

Yes. We have a lot of ropes to learn It's overwhelming lately. Everything seems like a mountain when you are in pain.

Hi Jackie welcome to Neuro talk and yes you have found the right place the people here are very helpfull. I really enjoy the chat rooms where I have talked to many people with some of the same issues as myself and also very understanding. I have neuropathy also and can tell you it is the worst pain I have ever had and hard to describe, it has been a rough road but finally am seeing a pain management specialist and he has had me go through 8 weeks of physiotherapy now on a pain treatment with medication. The way I feel now is so much better than before its like I have some of my life back. It takes a lot and has been a real journey that I am still on. If I can be of any help with information I have please just ask

Toni
