Hi
I've just joined, I was diagnosed with crps in my left knee after many many operations to get to the bottom of my ongoing knee pain. I have had a few spinal blocks with limited success, and was referred for scs, which has now been changed to the newer technology of drg stimulation. I have skipped the trial period due to good results when the system was being implanted and have had the system installed for a couple of days now. Everything so far is going well, the area where the implant and battery are is painful at the moment, but the pain in my knee is dramatically improved. I have been through periods of time where there has been no light at the end of tunnel and have been told that there nothing that can be done, but I have come through all of that and I am now through it in a different world. If I have any experiences that u can share with others I would only be too happy to help, having been through the whole process. If anyone would like to email me with any concerns I will answer them based upon my own experiences. I realise how dark things can seem but with perserverence things can get a lot better.
