Default New member - Spousal Caregiver

Hello to the group. Never really thought I'd seek out a group like this, but here I am. DH has degenerative conditions and we're both trying to adjust to the aging process. I've considered myself his caregiver for about 10 years. That covers a lot of ups and downs. I have my own health issues, so we both help each other.

I'm looking forward to learning from others here how to do a better job, because sometimes I just make a mess of things.

Thanks for listening.
