Default Continued concerns after concussion?

I had a concussion about 12 days ago and I still feel tired, somewhat dizzy after small hike up hill and looking up at trees makes me dizzy as well. I never had these problems b/f and am wondering what someone in the medical field has to say on this situation? I had a CT scan that was negitive.

Thanks and I look forward to hearing what y'all have to say and oh yeah hello!!!
