Default New member - tachycardia and epilepsy

I got diagnosed with epilepsy but I can't help but wonder if there is more to it. I have had severe tachycardia for as long as i can rember along with constant tremors, dilated pupils, anxiety, unsteadiness, etc. does anyone have any thoughts? please!
