Default B-12 gal

Good afternoon, about 2 months ago I posted about my doctor saying my
b-12 levels were to high and took me off b-12 anyways I have done my home work and educating myself.I have been taking the b-12 for almost two months now and back to eating vegies and salads.I feel so much better, I still have my times with the neuropathy BUT I feel like it is not as bad as before.I appreciate this group and I am learning so much I have not told my dr.about the b-12 even though she is a great dr. she seems to know nothing much about nutrition so as I get better I will post but I read everything I can about the neuropathy and it all points to the b-12 Take care all, Sharon
