Help Recent diagnosis - CRPS

After 2+ years of pain I was given a diagnosis of CRPS two days ago. Research I have done is scary - 30 years old and no end in sight to pain! I wasn't expecting a miracle cure when I saw the specialist on Tuesday buy my hopes, now dashed, were high for some idea of a solution other than medication.
Past diagnosis of Bipolar type II and high blood pressure complicate life.

I moved to the UK from SA in 2011 before the pain became so chronic. Now 18 months later - almost recluse because of pain. I know nobody here except my brother and his wife and my boyfriend and his family. I have no friends nearby - they are all back in South Africa, really missing them as I feel so alone and isolated.

Anybody have any advice? Interested to hear from everybody but esp people in UK on other treatments that help and are available.

Tracy
