My latest labs from 6/13 and 5/29 show b12 at 1078 and 1089. AST 73 and 47 ALT of 77 and 58. The only other number off is GRF of 60. What does this mean?

Your test results are not that high, and are just out of range.
Usually doctors will repeat tests that are borderline, to make sure the lab is not at fault. Labs are not perfect.

Viral infection can temporarily raise liver tests. Mono is one (Epstein Barr virus). Usually they go back down within 3-6months.

The B12 is just out of range too. For people not using supplements or eating foods with vitamins added (cereals), elevations in B12 may signify some kidney damage, liver damage, intestinal overgrowth of some bacteria, or some cancers like leukemia. It is better to be a little high than too low. Other than being a marker for other disorders, elevated B12 is not harmful in and of itself.

I am assuming your other question is for GFR (not GRF).
GFR is glomerular filtration rate, and 60 is low.

This signifies decreased kidney functions.
This link explains that GFR goes down with age. Typically other
kidney tests will reveal more, when used together. If you are
dehydrated, this value will show up low sometimes.
