Hello everyone!

I am new also and wanted to say hello. S0 Hello!

Let me think of what to say.... I am female, age 62. There are so many
problems with my health that it would take me a lot of time just to list. So, just a few, I have fibromyalgia severe conditions to the spine and many others. I suffer chronic pain and I always try to have a happy attitude, but sometimes it is hard. I am a mother, grandmother, sister, daughter, all those things. I am having fuzzy at the moment, so this is unusually difficult for me at this moment, so I will post more later.

I am extremely happy to have found this forum as it is difficult to find current information.

Well HELLO back at ya.

My name is Melody and I wanted to say Welcome. I see you have been shown the various forums that might help you. We are very nice people, and some have quite a bit more health issues than others but we all try and help each other.

Keep posting. Keep positive (I know that sounds impossible).

I myself have found a good hobby. I grow my own food in my living room. I grow sprouts and microgreens. So anytime you wish to chat or you think you might be interested in a VERY stress free hobby, just let me know. I'm on FB as SPROUTLADY MELODY. You can see everything that I grow.

I'm 66 by the way and I'm only doing this for about 5 to 6 years. Look at how many years I wasted eating TWINKIES!!! lol
