Default Hello

Hello, I am a 21 year old college student studying aerospace engineering.

The main reason I am here is that I was diagnosed with a mitochondrial myopathy about a year and a half ago. Unfortunately, I had many issues getting help beyond the diagnosis, and was recently dropped by my health insurance. Because of the nature of the disease, I have a lot of trouble voicing my feelings in regard to my health to those I care about, as I feel like all it would do is upset them. My hope is to be able to release some of my concerns and feelings through the use of this site. I'm looking forward to meeting you all; feel free to ask any questions that come up.
