Smile Hi, I'm new here

Hello everyone,
I've been having some neurological issues for a couple of years: tremors, handwriting deteriorating, falling over once or twice. I saw a neurologist 6 months ago but have so far refused MRI/CT.
When I read what MrsD had to say, I started to think: I have been more or less vegan for the last five years and NOT been taking any B12...
Also, about seven years ago I had an odd electric shock feeling in my left shoulder and thought at the time "how odd" but then it went away and I forgot all about it until now.
I've been taking B12 for a couple of weeks now, and noticed a difference, but is that enough, I wonder?

Thanks for reading,
L
