Unhappy Psuedo tumor issues help

Hi im mel32 im 32yrs old and have psuedo tumor I currently have two shunts and still suffering with headaches and throwing up its always three weeks or more a month ive been through many neurologist due to what they say which is im to complicated so im finaly seeing this new neurologist who is the first to say ok I want to do a shunt study which in a way im happy becouse my headaches get so bad that I throw up and in the last 6mo have lost 170 something pounds but then im scared everytime I have a spinal tap I end up with a leak and sick and yes I knoe that im already saying im sick and I am but one can only handle throwing up so much right im really struggling I have nobody to talk to that uderstands how I feel is this the norm for people with psuedo or is something else wrong with me this new doc said something about chari malformation but what is that could I havd it I dont know im lost I cant ever seem to say what im thinking becouse I loose it all the time also im always so sick that im always in the hospital or home in bed im on lots of meds and a very strong pain regimen but still seem to be high in the pain department I do have other medical problems like fibro and some disk problem too not sure the name im sorry this is long but I really need help I feel alone and scared all the time I jist want to gdt better so I can have my life back if you know what I mean any body have simular issues like mine or have anything they can suggest please feeling depressed like im never going to be the same again becouse of this
