Default Thoracic Outlet Syndrom

Hi, I'm a new member. I've been diagnosed with neurogenic TOS and the last year has been an unhappy one. I'm not getting anywhere with rehab and no one seems to have any answers or good exercises. Anyone on here have any ideas on how to actually get better. I live in the Sacramento area and my doctor seems to have run out of ideas. My situation seems to be getting worse by the day. Look forward to any advice. Thanks!
