Default strange dizziness

Hi, I'm a new one and need help. It's been nearly 9 months since I stopped my 3 month-course of NEUROVIT (100mg vitamin b1, 200mg pyridoxine, 0,20mg vitamin b12) I got adverse reaction to it, I developed hives on my back, burning and tingling on my arms and legs, tight legs and severe dizziness. All my symptoms improved so I can live with them but the problem with my head persists. The dizziness has changed, it's no longer the "falling" feeling, but I still feel dizzy especially when walking. I've got a headache (constant pain on my forehead which becomes worse when moving) neck pain and a strange feeling of full, heavy head, a kind of pressure on it. Whenever I move my head I feel as if something was moving inside it, which is so strange. It makes my life a misery as I can't function with it. Any advice?
