Unhappy New to all of this..

I had an accident 7 mos ago on my sacrum lumbar. MRI & Xray showed only a hematoma. Fast forward, i am now feeling the symptoms. Tingling, very sharp electric shocks, heel pain on both feet. I never thought it would pop up after many months. Neurologist (NJ) says is neuralgia and gave me Gabapentin. So far, symptoms have not subsided. Well, as you can imagine I am devasted. I feel i wont be able to reach my full potential. I have a job that requires constant travel and this will be a setback. I asked myself why it happen to me. I dont hurt anyone. Oh well, here goes my journey.
