Hello everyone.
I just joined this group. I had a brain aneurism on May 2 of this year. It was my birthday. Needless to say, there was no party that evening. I was hospitalized for a month and had 2 surgeries including a coiling to correct the bleeding to my brain. I have no memory of the month that I was in the hospital. Since getting out of the hospital, I have been trying to readjust to life. I have not been able to return to work. My short term memory is severely lacking and I become easily confused. If anyone has gone through something similar, I could use some support and advise.

just wanted to say hi. there are people on this board who will respond eventualy and who know a lot more than me. I know that a couple of months isn't a long time with a tbi, but I don't want to comment on your situation as I don't know. I' glad you pulled through though and welcome to the board.
