Question new member here

hello everyone. I am glad to find this forum as I know I need support, shared information and experiences and just someone to talk to. I had surgery on my neck c5 c6 c7 discs inserted and titanium plate and screws. Natural fusion, no added ingredients. So I am ready for Halloween. I hurt like crazy and re-hurt my neck 3 days ago. I was in so much pain I thought I might go into shock. I start PT tomorrow just to learn how to move (wish it had been 3 weeks ago)

I also have Lyme disease, panic and agoraphobia and PTSD (whoopee.)

I am no longer sure where one issue starts and the other begins. I find it hard to know where I am when I wake up, and the antibiotic I normally take for Lyme is giving me horrid reactions. I dread traveling to DR appointments, I go by Medicaid transportation which involves very uncomfortable cars and long waiting time-all bringing on panic.
I don't have much by way of support or family, my boyfriend has been great but I fear this will wear him out. I do have a home health aid a few hours a day. Without them I would not have done this surgery.
So other than that I am trying to remain positive. Having seen my MRI and x-rays I do not think there would have been any good outcome of not having this surgery. I researched the surgeon and found a very good kind one.
I would very much like to here from others who have undergone similar situations. When might the healing feel like it is healing and not hurting?Thank you in advance ans pardon my typo's.
