Default Abdominal cramping?

Hi, I'm very new to this. Was diagnosed a month ago and started the meds, mestinon and prednisone, after 3 weeks started abdominal cramps. The dr dropped the mestinon does to 60 mg, but the cramping hasn't stopped. Any OTC remedies that help? So much pain and discomfort
