Default Hello--My Intro

I'm so glad I found this site! For the last couple of years I've had peripheral neuropathy like symptoms with previous g.m. seizure which left me with what I lovingly call semi-constant brain-fartitis. It's been a long journey but I think that finally I may have found the right dr. to get this pain and all the issues that go with it figured out so I can lead a so-called normal life.

I am a single parent with a child graduating h.s. next week (woohoo!). I'm a retail manager so there is *always* a ton of stress going on on that front. My main hobby is horses although I have lots of other interests like antiques. I'm mainly waiting for the day when I can get back to doing the horse thing seriously again since the p.n. has made my life one that makes me "save myself" for work. Not the way I want to live for the rest of my days.

I look forward to learning more about my issues from so many people on this board who have been there, done that.

Thanks! I've dipped my toe in the water and posted on a couple of forums already. Now just waiting for any responses or to see if I'm to be "shunned"

Thank you for all of the kind replies! I'm very excited about finding this site since I may be able to piece together my medical things a bit better using y'all as a sounding board and some of the fabulous resources I've been introduced to. Talk to me anytime
